我的愛團（從我PTT2個人版就是以他們團名來命名就可以知道我對他們的喜愛程度了^^）

大概簡單介紹一下Pain of Salvation（以下簡稱POS），首先他們是一個前衛金屬團，另一個比較知名的前衛團或許有些人有聽過，那就是Dream Theater（夢劇場）。POS的靈魂人物是主唱Daniel Gildenlow，幾乎所有的作詞作曲都是由他包辦，而除了複雜高難度的變拍節奏，就連他的唱歌也是變化多端。更強的是，除了技巧之外，Daniel也是一個富有才華和想法的樂手，他們所出的每一張專輯都是概念專輯，都敘說著一個個精彩的故事。

One Hour by the Concrete Lake 是他們的第二張專輯（不過卻是我入手他們的第一張），光看專輯名稱大家就一定覺得很奇怪了：「水泥湖畔的一小時」...這是什麼畸型的名字 ~.~。這是因為主唱在創作這張專輯的時候，正在大學修一門原子物理學相關的課程，剛好讀到一篇報導，說到在二次世界大戰期間，蘇聯不斷將製造核子武器而產生的核廢料任意傾倒在一座小鎮附近的湖裡面，一直到最後整座湖都變成了一座「毒」湖，據說只要有人在湖邊待上一小時，就會在一週之內死亡。政府為了怕事件暴發出來，於是下令將整座湖用水泥封起來。所以基本上這張是一個以反戰為主張的專輯，讓聽者對於人性有更進一步的省思。
